News and AnnouncementsREACH asks that owners call the hospital at 828-665-4399 prior to coming for emergency treatment so that we can be ready for your pet's arrival. REACH is able to accept emergency cases from 5 pm to 7 am Monday thru Friday. We will continue to be open 24 hours a day Saturday and Sunday as well as on holidays. REACH encourages clients to contact their primary veterinary hospital first, but if your regular veterinarian is unavailable, we are here for you and your companion animal.
It is the policy of Regional Emergency Animal Care Hospital that payment be made in full at the time services are rendered. In the event your loved one is hospitalized, a deposit will be required. Cash, checks with a valid driver's license, VISA, Master Card, American Express and Discover are accepted. You may also use your Care Credit card or apply for one here, online, or by phone.
